This rest of you sang, danced and rolled your way into pie after pie after crazy pie. I am pretty sure you don't want to peel anymore apples or roll anymore dough.
So next week we will have a shorter class based on what we will be doing and we will take a rest from cooking. We will spend time with either a chat from a local coffee merchant or exploring the world of spices. I have to see if my coffee person can make it this week.
I also have to say those were some pretty good looking pies and I am sure that they tasted as good as they looked.
