Class Reminder September 27

Just a note to remind everyone we will be doing Dairy/Mayonnaise this week. We will be making butter and Mayonnaise. Also class will only be an hour for each subject so it will start at 11:00 12:00 and 1:00 and we will be finished at 2 pm. This is since my foot is still in a boot and makes it hard to stand for long periods as well as the students are organized and quick learners.
