What better way to celebrate the first weeks of autumn then with pie making from summers harvest. All of our classes this week will be making pies, with the exception of the Cooking Around the World class which will be making Moon Cakes, who in their own way are small pies.
I am asking all students who want to take a pie home to bring their own pie pans and a rolling pin. For fun we may even make pie in a jar!
