I have added this blog to keep all of my parents and students up to date with their cooking class. I will post weekly what the upcoming weeks lesson will be as well as pictures in class.

Cooking Around the World - The Middle East and Hummus
We are making Hummus tomorrow. This should be fun to dip with vegetables, fruits and pitas. I am looking forward to seeing all of you then at our usual time for one hour this week.
